Miss Vidya was very positive about my treatment which gave me greater hope. She is upfront and straight to the point which I like. Her experience and views made my decision much easier. Her team and other members made my short stay in hospital feel cared for and safe. She understood how important it is to have the information about the surgery at the beginning of the process so that you can digest it, then ask the question that is relevant to you personally. My care and surgery plan by Miss Vidya was professional and caring.
